MDF

ÇAMSAN ORDU mdf production line

MDF is a product obtained by pressing the plate paste formed under heat and pressure after the fibers obtained from wood or other lignocelluosic raw materials thermomechanically are dried to a certain degree of humidity with the addition of synthetic adhesive. The uniform distribution and density of the fibers at every point of the MDF allows both sides of the board as well as its edges to be machined without any breakage or gaps between the material particles. In this way, MDF can be successfully used in the production of parts such as table tops, door panels, drawer fronts with beveled edges or profile surfaces.
The surfaces of MDF boards can be covered with any kind of laminate, resin-impregnated paper, foil and wood veneer. The edges of the MDF are extremely smooth and tight, the lamp can be tenoned and any profile can be given without sticking the solid lath.
It provides from the hardwoods in the region. It makes a great contribution to the renewal and growth of Turkey's forest stock by planting more trees for every tree that is cut down. CAMSAN manufactures its other raw material, formaldehyde binder, using very high standards of raw material. It spares no cost to produce quality products. The facility produces 2000m3 mdf daily with its experienced staff. Production thicknesses from 6mm  It is up to 30mm. Our products are exported all over the world. It is our most important principle to increase our quality and keep customer satisfaction at the top.
